Would you have been a successful homesteader in Colorado? Explore the daily lives of early settlers – and what life was like on the wagon trail – while learning about the Homestead Act of 1862 that brought so many pioneers west for a life on the range! Experience early pioneer activities, such as making homemade butter and a natural herbal bug spray. Costumes encouraged!
